About five years ago there came out from the House of the Bulls the first open top version of the very strong baby bull the Gallardo. Its convertible version known as the Spyder had its debut on the 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show.
This car is not just a convertible version of the Gallardo but is a completely new model. It got a whole new external and internal design which is obviously much better than the Coupé. If you felt that the Coupé isn’t as sleek and as cool as the other Lambos then worry no more because the Spyder will awe you with its extravagant orange seats and neatly kept seatbelts, elegant power assisted rack and pinion steering wheel and an over-all luxurious internal features.
Its frame is made of aluminum space frame based on extruded aluminum parts finely welded to cast aluminum joint elements. Its sleek body which is more or less the same length as the Ford Focus is made up of aluminum and thermoplastic “hang-on” parts. Being of the same length as the Ford focus, it means it can be used as an everyday car since it can easily be driven around corners on a buss city street and can easily be parked on crowded areas even amidst the fact that it isn’t the best driver’s car there is in the world. But being a convertible tops it all off. It’s fully electronic-hydraulic soft fabric top, electronic folding rear window/wind protector makes it a great vehicle for a week-end get-away after a long week of stressful work. You can drive along the country road or to the beaches with your face feeling the warmth of the sun and the soft wind hugging and comforting your stressed body.
It can give you the beautiful noise of a growling 5 L V10 engine producing a stupendous 520 hp maximum power at 8000 rpm and 510 Nm maximum torque at 4250 rpm. You can go down the roads from a halt to 60 mph at 4.7 seconds and speed up to a maximum of 195 mph. And when you go over a speed bump, the nose of the car can be raised up to get through it.
It has a very dynamic 6-speed plus reverse gearbox but, you can always have the choice of replacing it with a robotized sequential E-gear system with actuation by paddles on the steering column for a more extreme driving pleasure. It also has a permanent 4-wheel drive with viscous traction system so it got lots of grip.

This is truly a very wonderful car, a great deal. And what is best is that, there are car dealers in there selling this at low prices especially if the unit already has traveled several mileages. Who cares if it is on sale at a cheap price allowing you to own one of the great supercars built by Lambo?
A cheap used Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder will take you to good places at the best comfort you would want. For-sale tag on it would make it even a lot more of a great deal giving you the option of saving a lot of money for future investments and for the week-end get-away you had been planning for so long now. Regret is even out of the question because you will surely enjoy every minute of dtiving this astonishingly pretty baby convertible Lambo. Who wouldn’t love this masterpiece when it can give you great driving pleasure and experience plus a whole lot of comfort?
